Job summary

Trustwell Living at Clyde Gardens Place in Clyde, OH, is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to join our compassionate care team. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with shifts across the day. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, supporting dignity and independence, and following resident service plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State CNA certification where required.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, maintaining dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living and mobility while encouraging self-care.
• Provide services per resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfers, and mobility support.
• Build relationships with residents and the care team.

As a Caregiver/Nurse Aid at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include:

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Must be available some weekends and holidays*
