Job summary

Trustwell Living at Kent Place is hiring Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. We offer on-call HCA/CNA positions with shifts available and pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour to support our residents.

As a Caregiver/CN A, you will assist with daily living activities, maintain a home-like environment, and follow resident service plans. We welcome dedicated applicants who value dignity, independence, and compassion for seniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA when required by the state
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
