Job summary

Trustwell Living at Miller Place in Celina, OH is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to join our caring team, offering full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. You will support residents with daily living in a home-like environment and contribute to person-centered care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, current state certification where required, CPR/First Aid, and some weekend/holiday availability. We provide medical benefits, a 401K match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current state-specific certification, where required, is necessary.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Must be available some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

• Pay: $21.50 per hour

As a Caregiver/Nurse Aid at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include:
