Job summary

Trustwell Living is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to join our compassionate care team focused on person-centered care within our community.

We offer $19.00–$23.00 per hour for full-time roles, along with full medical benefits and substantial paid time off, supporting growth and stability for dedicated care professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA or HCA certification as required by state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and support for self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including bathing assistance, toileting, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
