Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC in Camas, WA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver (HCA)/Certified Nurse Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and dignity. You will work under nursing supervision to assist with bathing, toileting, mobility, and personal care while fostering independence in a home-like environment.

The role offers full-time hours with a consistent schedule across day, evening, and night shifts, competitive hourly pay, full medical benefits for full-time staff, and paid

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA or HCA certification may be required by the state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with residents and the caring team.

• Full-time $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Day: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Evening: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• NOC: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
