Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver in-home, compassionate care to individuals impacted by DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. As a CNA, you will provide one-on-one, relationship-based care in patients' homes, supporting quality of life and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, documenting in EMR, and monitoring changes in condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Active CNA certification in Colorado
• CPR certified
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement

Compensation

$17.75-$25.50/hr depending on experience

$1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends
