Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care for clients impacted by DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with meals and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

The role emphasizes relationship-based care, independence, and reliability. Nights and days shifts are available, with a strong focus on patient dignity and safety in a non-facility setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification Tennessee is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement for patients.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the care team.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
