Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home, one-on-one care for individuals connected to the Department of Energy and Nuclear Energy programs.

You will perform ADLs, offer companionship, assist with meals, monitor health, and follow care plans using EMR documentation to ensure quality care at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CA CNA certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home health care or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and social engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

$21.00-$26.00

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
