Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a CNA to deliver in-home, one-on-one care to individuals impacted by energy programs. You will provide compassionate support, monitor health, and follow care plans to enhance quality of life for patients in their homes.

Entry to experienced applicants are welcomed; compensation ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour and varies by experience, shift type, and market factors. PTO, insurance, EAP, and a 401(k) option are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific) required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

$21.00-$26.00

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts:

PT CNA (4) 4 Hour Shifts/Week (Evening Hours)
