Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care to clients who worked in the DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You’ll assist with ADLs, monitor health, and follow care plans in a non-facility setting.

This role emphasizes reliability and compassion, with shifts including PRN Nights (7pm–7am). A valid KY CNA license, CPR certification, driver's license, and ability to work independently are required; hospice or home-health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification (KY) required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
