Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, in-home patient care for individuals impacted by DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will perform ADLs, offer companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and document care in EMR systems.

A dependable, mission-driven attitude is essential. Entry-level to experienced applicants are considered; compensation reflects experience and shift type.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in CO.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (CO)
• CPR certified
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
