Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for clients affected by energy work. You will perform ADLs, offer companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and report health changes in a non-facility setting.

The role supports patients in their homes, following care plans and using EMR documentation. A valid CO CNA certification, CPR, and driving license are required to join our mission-driven team in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (CO).
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
