Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, in-home care for individuals connected with DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You’ll build trust through one-on-one, relationship-based support in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, offering companionship, helping with meals and light housekeeping, and documenting changes in condition using EMR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.

Compensation

$15.75-$22.50/hr depending on experience

$1/hr shift differential for weekends and nights.
