Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated CNA with Texas CNA and Texas Medication Aide certifications to provide direct resident care and medication administration. The role involves monitoring vital signs, documenting intake/output, and responding to resident needs in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid Texas CNA certification in good standing.
• Must have current Texas Medication Aide certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Verify identity of resident receiving medication and record drug, dosage and time of administration.
• Present medication to resident and observe ingestion or other application.
• Take vital signs and monitor responses to medications; report unusual reactions.
• Record temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration, and intake/output as directed.
• Respond to signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine resident needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
