Responsibilities

• Verify resident identity and record medication names, dosages and times.
• Present medication to resident and observe ingestion or administration.
• Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and report any adverse reactions.
• Respond to resident needs via lights/intercom and communicate with the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
