Job summary

Victoria Gardens of Allen seeks compassionate care professionals to provide direct patient care and operational support. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document vital signs with accuracy while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Must hold a current Medication Aide certification in good standing.
• Ability to observe and document patient status accurately.

Responsibilities

• Verify identity of residents receiving medication and record details.
• Present medications and observe ingestion or administration.
• Take vital signs and report unusual reactions.
• Monitor temperatures, BP, pulse, respiration, intake/output as directed.
• Respond to signals and provide care as assigned.
