Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Physician’s office
• CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred
• Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
• Team player and problem solver
• Ability to interact positively and proactively at all organizational levels and with all physicians

Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to perform various patient care tasks such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting providers as necessary. Additional duties include using our EMR system, registering patients, verifying insurance, scanning medical records, phoning patients with results, and maintaining proper medical documentation. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing quality patient care to all ages and maintaining patient confidentiality.
