Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and fabricate custom orthoses.

The role includes supervising therapy assistants, collaborating with hand surgeons and other clinicians, and providing post-surgical and injury rehabilitation. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a DPT or DOT preferred, and 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand/upper-extremity conditions.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
