Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and fabricate custom orthoses.

You will supervise OTAs and students, collaborate with surgeons and other therapists, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning. A Bachelor's degree is required; a DPT/OTD is preferred, with 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
• Provide custom splinting and orthotic fabrication.
• Supervise OTAs, students and support personnel.
