Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead upper-extremity rehabilitation in our Oklahoma outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design recovery plans, fabricate orthoses, and supervise assistants and students.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, a CHT credential, a current PT or OT license, and 3+ years of experience in hand therapy. Expect competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• DPT or DOT credential preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy.
• Orthopedic/post-surgical rehab experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and plan care with initial and ongoing evaluations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand/upper-extremity rehab.
• Supervise OTAs, students and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom hand orthoses.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear and care.
• Post-surgical and injury rehab including scar management and return-to-work.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
