Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design and fabricate custom orthoses, and develop individual recovery plans.

The role requires 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience, a current state PT or OT license, and a CHT credential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehabilitation.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand/upper-extremity rehabilitation interventions.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises activities of OT Assistants, students and support personnel.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints; educate on wear and care.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve, and postoperative cases; manage scar, edema, wounds, return-to-work rehab.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians, therapists; participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
