Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, provide custom splinting, and develop recovery plans, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab, a current PT or OT license, and CHT certification.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or DOT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
• Current state PT or OT license and CHT credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises activities of OTAs and students.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear, care, and precautions.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve, and postoperative conditions.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
