Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, fabricate custom orthoses, lead therapy sessions, supervise assistants, and collaborate with hand surgeons to optimize recovery.

Applicants must hold a current PT or OT license, a CHT credential, a bachelor’s degree, and CPR/BLS certification; 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current state PT or OT license.

• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing hand, wrist, elbow assessments and establish plan of care.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints for upper extremity conditions.
• Directs and supervises activities of OT assistants, students, and support personnel.
• Provide scar management, edema control, wound care, and return-to-work rehabilitation as appropriate.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary care planning.
