Qualifications

• Current state PT or OT license; CHT credential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Fabricate and adjust custom orthoses and splints for upper-extremity issues.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other therapists.
• Document services and monitor patient progress.
