Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation and splinting.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Direct and supervise OT Assistants, students and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other health professionals.
• Lead post-surgical and injury rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
