Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and supervise OTAs and students in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role includes orthotic fabrication, post-surgical rehab, and interprofessional case discussions with hand surgeons and therapists. A bachelor's degree is required with a PT/OT doctorate preferred and a current state license plus CHT

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current state PT or OT license, CHT credential, CPR/BLS certification.
• 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and custom splinting as part of recovery.
• Document therapy services and progress.
• Directs and supervises OTAs, students, and support personnel.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and educate on custom orthoses and splints.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehabilitation needs including scar management.
