Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation of hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and create custom orthoses.

Collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists, supervise assistants and students, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning. A strong background in upper-extremity rehab and post-surgical care is preferred, with CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability of the patient.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy services.
