Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, and developing recovery plans in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities span orthotic fabrication, post-surgical and injury rehabilitation, and supervision of OTAs, students, and support personnel. Strong teamwork with surgeons and therapists is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for hand/upper-extremity rehab.
• Provide custom orthotics and splints fabrication and education.
• Direct and supervise OT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
• Document therapy delivery and patient outcomes.
• Manage post-surgical and injury rehab, including scar management and edema control.
