Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized rehabilitation for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The role includes evaluating patients, creating custom splints, and developing recovery plans in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include supervising therapy staff, fabricating orthoses, and participating in interdisciplinary care planning with hand surgeons and other clinicians. Prior experience in upper-extremity rehab is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
