Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, and developing recovery plans in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include supervision of OT staff and students, orthotic fabrication, and collaboration with hand surgeons and other clinicians to optimize recovery after injuries and surgeries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand/upper-extremity rehab.
• Document delivery of OT/PT services.
