Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. responsibilities include patient evaluation, custom splinting, and recovery planning, with collaboration across hand surgeons and therapists.

The role emphasizes orthotic fabrication, post-surgical rehab, and mentoring staff. Licensure as PT/OT with CHT credential and CPR/BLS are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; DPT or OT degree preferred
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Current state PT or OT license; CHT credential
• CPR/BLS certification current

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand/upper-extremity conditions
• Document Occupational Therapy services delivered
• Directs and supervises OT Assistants, students, and support staff
• Design, fabricate, fit, and educate about custom orthoses/splints
• Treat post-surgical, orthopedic, traumatic and other rehabilitation needs
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, physicians, and other rehab professionals
