Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, and developing recovery plans in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities include managing assessments, therapeutic interventions, orthosis fabrication, and post-surgical rehab. Collaboration with surgeons and therapists supports interdisciplinary care planning and outcomes

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT/PT program.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises activities of assistants, students and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit and adjust custom orthoses and splints for hand conditions.
