Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and lead a team of OT staff and students in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

The role emphasizes orthotic fabrication, post-surgical rehab, and scar management, with opportunities to advance within orthopedic rehabilitation and contribute to education and case discussions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or DOT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation.
• Document delivery of therapy services.
• Direct and supervise OT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and educate about custom orthoses.
