Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, fabricate custom orthoses, and guide patients through recovery.

The role includes supervising assistants and students, collaborating with hand surgeons and other clinicians, and supporting return-to-work programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• CPR/BLS certification active.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and assess hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions; create plan of care.
• Provide custom splinting and orthotic fabrication for upper-extremity.
• Deliver OT/PT services and document outcomes.
• Supervise OTAs, students and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
• Support return-to-work and wound care as needed.
