LegitScript is seeking an Assistant Manager, Certification, to partner with leadership, drive efficient operations, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee people management, coach staff, and implement new processes across the Certification function.

You will build documentation, monitor metrics, conduct evaluations, and lead team discussions while modeling core values and ensuring timely, accurate outcomes. A growth-oriented role in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Manager to meet team goals and improve operations.
• Coach and develop team members and manage performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and job aids.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and share findings with stakeholders.
• Lead team meetings and one-on-ones, ensuring engagement and high standards.
