Job summary

LegitScript is seeking an Assistant Manager, Certification, to partner with the Manager, Certification, in building a high-performing team. You will oversee people management, drive new processes, and ensure efficient operations across the certification function.

You will coach staff, develop SOPs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership. A 4-year degree and experience in a compliance-related role support success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving process improvements.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for a diverse team.
• Ability to develop SOPs and job aids, and manage performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Manager to meet team goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and job aids.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Hire, train, and onboard staff in collaboration with leadership.
• Approve timecards and lead team meetings and one-on-ones.
• Provide coverage for the Manager in their absence.
