Job summary

LegitScript is seeking an Assistant Manager, Certification to partner with the Manager of Certification and drive a productive, compliant team. You will help implement new processes, supervise staff, and ensure efficient operations across the certification function.

You will develop SOPs, coach employees, review performance data, and guide the team through change while aligning with LegitScript’s core values. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements or targeted training.
• Strong people management and staff development passion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to lead discussions in groups and one-on-ones.
• Experience coordinating large projects and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively partner with the Manager to meet team goals and optimize operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and job aids.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address concerns.
