Job summary

LegitScript is seeking a Manager, Policy and Compliance - Certification to oversee regulatory frameworks and keep the Certification unit ahead of legal changes. You will translate complex policy into clear client guidance and partner with legal and research teams to maintain current standards.

You will lead the policy team, coach members, and ensure effective escalation handling with analysts while supporting client-facing discussions and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of policy management, industry regulations, and compliance standards across relevant verticals.
• Experience managing risk and compliance programs, including policy development and monitoring.
• Ability to translate complex policy and regulatory requirements into clear language for clients and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and grow teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMEs for Certification program offerings, staying updated on regulatory changes and market dynamics.
• Report on regulatory shifts and tailor insights for leadership with potential business impacts.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to strengthen certification standards and streamline operations.
• Update compliance frameworks and lead annual Certification Standards Refresh.
• Join client calls to support compliance discussions and respond to questions.
