Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO’s external digital presence across platforms, enhancing corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business teams to craft integrated engagement strategies, content pipelines, and real-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian rank.
• 5+ years of experience in executive/digital/ corporate communications, public affairs or related fields.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligning with Dow's objectives.
• Lead external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for diverse stakeholders.
• Identify and amplify stories supporting Dow’s strategy and brand.
