Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social media and thought leadership channels. You will lead strategy, execution and measurement, aligning with Dow's priorities and stakeholder needs.

You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Investor Relations to amplify stories, manage content pipelines, and drive engagement with customers, investors, employees and policymakers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive, corporate or digital communications, public affairs, or reputation management.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across social platforms and channels.
• Lead external digital presence management, including content, search results and digital assets.
• Develop audience-driven engagement strategies for customers, investors, employees and partners.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content, including LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs and videos.
