Halfords is expanding its Garage Services team at a Fusion centre and seeks a strong Centre Leader to oversee about 11 skilled technicians and customer services advisors. You’ll drive a first-class customer experience, while managing profitability and performance daily.

You’ll coach, schedule, and develop the team, ensuring targets are met and compliance standards are maintained. A supportive environment and great benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving success with teams and delivering great customer experience.
• Experience in coaching colleagues in the moment.
• Management experience including performance and capability management.
• Experience developing colleagues through technical training.
• Proven track record of delivering against sales targets.
• Experience meeting Health & Safety and quality compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience with labour force scheduling and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the centre to maximise profit and minimise loss.
• optimise workforce scheduling to meet customer demand and capacity.
• Analyse customer metrics and centre performance data to drive sales and margins.
