Responsabilidades

• Schedule patient appointments following department templates.
• Verify demographic and insurance information; update as required.
• Answer calls in a timely, courteous and helpful manner.
• Process prescription refills and patient requests as directed.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of scheduling rules for assigned departments.
• Register new patients; verify and update information.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff.
• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Adhere to SSMC policies and procedures.
