• Required Qualifications listed in the job posting: a minimum of 10 years in transportation planning/engineering, Bachelor’s degree in engineering/planning or related field, engineering registration if an engineer, experience in strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services, extensive client relationship management, staff development, industry association involvement, collaboration with multiple leadership roles, commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.
