Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in transportation planning/engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning or related field.
• If an engineer, maintain engineering registration.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services.
• Experience in development and management of client relationships and pursuits.
• Experience in staff development, recruiting and career growth.
• Active involvement with industry associations and a visible market-sector profile.
• Ability to work with HDR leadership across multiple directors and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline programs across market sectors and geographic areas.
• Drive program growth for transit, intercity, and freight rail market sectors and manage major pursuits.
• Support Global Transit Market Sector Director in setting vision and expanding services to win contracts.
