Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Transit Market Sector Leader for the Central Region. The role partners with regional management to develop and execute transit/rail market strategies across the Central Region, including opportunity assessment, client management, and program leadership.

Responsibilities include guiding multi-discipline teams on large programs, driving market growth, and supporting the Global Transit Market Sector Director in strategic initiatives and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in transportation planning/engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning or related field.
• Engineering registration (if engineer) maintained.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs.
• Experience managing a broad range of client relationships and pursuits.
• Experience developing staff, recruiting, and career growth.
• Active involvement with industry associations and market presence.
• Ability to collaborate with Market Sector Directors and leadership.
• Demonstrated commitment to HDR values and employee ownership.
