Employ is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to expand our European market for industrial thermal energy solutions. You will build a pipeline from scratch and drive long-cycle sales to closure.

Based in Germany or Spain, you will travel across Europe to meet customers, engage plant managers and procurement teams, and lead technical-commercial discussions to win complex deals. Fluent English required, with strong negotiation skills and a passion for energy efficiency.

Qualificações

• 6-10 years of B2B technical sales experience.
• Direct sales with heat exchangers or similar equipment preferred.
• Experience selling to industrial/manufacturing customers.
• Ability to generate leads and close complex sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Professional English communication.
• Based in Germany or Spain with valid work authorization.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities across industrial markets.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
• Engage plant managers, engineering leaders, energy managers and procurement teams.
• Lead technical-commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations.
• Develop relationships with industrial buyers, EPCs and partners.
• Identify opportunities in process heat, heat recovery, thermal systems and decarbonization.
• Travel across Europe for meetings and site visits.
