Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and coordinate communications to ensure customer needs are met.
• Juggle orders, schedules, and priorities across plant managers, drivers, and sales teams.
• Set a standard for professionalism and teamwork within Central Dispatch.
• Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Address delivery or quality issues and resolve customer inquiries.
