Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Central Dispatch professional to connect customers, drivers, and plants and ensure timely concrete deliveries. You will multitask across orders, schedules, and priorities, coordinating with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications, ensuring customer needs are met with urgency and care.
• Juggle multiple orders and schedules, coordinating with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
• Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within the Central Dispatch team.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities for smoother operations.
• Address delivery or quality issues and turn challenges into customer-satisfaction opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and process enhancements.
