Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Central Dispatch professional to connect customers, drivers, and plants for timely concrete deliveries. You will multitask across orders, schedules, and priorities while upholding safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications with urgency and care.
• Coordinate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely and accurate deliveries.
• Set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries and delivery/quality issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
