Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is preferred and helpful.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings and work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and coordinate with customers with urgency and care.
• Juggle orders, schedules, and priorities across plants, drivers, and sales teams.
• Set professional standards and coach team members on service excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and participate in process improvements.
• Address delivery or quality issues and turn problems into opportunities to impress customers.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM teammates.
